WELCOME TO YOUR RADIANCE NEUROTOXIN PRIVATE EVENT! WE ARE EXCITED TO HOST YOU AT RADIANCE MEDICAL SPA FOR A FUN EVENING WITH FRIENDS. TO PLAN FOR YOUR EVENT, HERE ARE A FEW GUIDELINES:

Private events are on Thursday evenings from 5-7pm
All attendees of the party must receive a neurotoxin injection service, excluding ONLY a lip flip
Attendees are not allowed to bring outside alcohol
The reservation fee for your private event is $100 for groups of 5 or less and $200 for groups of 6 to 10 people
Your fee includes light snacks and limited champagne (excessive alcohol is not recommended pre or post treatment)
Your fee is refundable up to one week prior to the party date, after that, the fee is kept by Radiance as a cancellation fee
Discounted units do not extend past the night of the event

Upon arrival all guests must fill out and sign New Patient, Policies, and Neurotoxin paperwork prior to treatment. You will receive a facial assessment from one of our certified injectors. If available, one of aestheticians will stop in to answer questions as well!
